It's our closest friend, allowing us to shape it freely according to our will. With both parents being ceramic artists, growing up surrounded by clay in the studio felt entirely natural. Tea culture is a significant aspect of Chinese heritage, but the demanding pace of modern life makes it challenging to experience and savor its beauty. In fact, many classical arts, such as calligraphy and the art of ink, are gradually being forgotten or overlooked by younger generations. Yet, these are precious, uniquely Chinese cultural treasures. The aesthetic education we receive from childhood might be more inclined towards foreign trends, favoring modern styles and colors with a strong sense of fashion. I am particularly drawn to the freedom of ink. Despite its limited palette of black and white, it can express a myriad of emotions through variations in density, depth, and the rhythm of brushstrokes. By merging Chinese tea culture with the art of ink, I aim to attract young people to explore these traditions in a way they find appealing and beautiful, demonstrating that they can indeed be part of a stylish lifestyle. Ceramic Care and Maintenance Instructions Any impact or vibration can cause structural damage. While breakage may not be immediate, the piece could fracture upon the next handling or use, so please exercise caution. When using tea ware, avoid sudden temperature changes by alternating between hot and cold water. Before the first use, rinse with clean water and then scald with hot water, or sterilize and dry in a standard dish dryer. Should any damage occur after use, please contact the seller for assistance with repairs or appraisal. If the damage is determined to be due to improper use, you will be responsible for the repair costs. Important Notes: There will inevitably be slight color variations in photos and across different screens. If you cannot accept this, please do not place an order here.
