● If unable to attend class for any reason 4-7 days prior to the scheduled date, your spot can be reserved for a future session. Cancellations will incur a 30% fee for materials, as they will have already been prepared.
● Absences can be rescheduled 0-3 days prior to the class date, but refunds are not available. Failure to attend without prior notice will also result in no refund; however, you may opt to receive a material kit instead.
● In the event of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you proactively at least 3 days in advance to arrange a reschedule or a full refund.
● Refunds will be transferred to the bank account you provide and will be processed within 3 days of receiving your account details.
