**✨ The Difference Between Essential Oil Perfume and Commercial Perfume? ✨**
Store-bought perfumes can feel easily replicated, like the famous English Pear & Freesia scent, which seems to appear in everything from perfumes and laundry detergents to air fresheners. Essential oil perfumes, however, use more natural ingredients without synthetic fragrances, elevating the perfume's quality significantly. They are less likely to be copied and using them regularly is less likely to cause dizziness!

**The Blending Process**
Our instructors will introduce you to the different notes of essential oils and how to blend them. You'll have 20 essential oils to choose from, allowing for rich and interesting scent layering. We provide a workshop handout to clarify the perfumery process. Through the careful blending of top, middle, and base notes, you'll learn perfect calculation and layering techniques. Your instructor will assist you with expert tips for harmonious scent creation.

Ever wanted to gift your significant other a custom-made perfume but struggled to find the perfect scent? This workshop is a chance for you and your partner to experience and create together. Each person will blend one 20ml bottle of perfume, perfect for a couple's or best friends' signature scents! If you prefer to come alone, you can create two bottles for yourself, swapping them out to match your mood or occasion each day!

・In compliance with the workshop venue's regulations, upon entry, please use hand sanitizer and have your temperature checked. Those with a temperature above 37.5°C will not be permitted to enter and are advised to rest at home. We will assist with rescheduling.

Workshop Description

・For bookings made the day before or on the day of the event, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your booking.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at your scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-event notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out are considered incomplete bookings. Once a session is full, registration will close immediately, and unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund and rescheduling policies are as follows:
。According to the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Educational Provisions Act for Public and Continuing Education, and in accordance with Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes.
A. For refund requests made 60 days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued.
B. For refund requests made between 59 days and 8 days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued.
C. For refund requests made between 7 days and 1 day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please actively communicate your desired new session time. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of your right to reschedule. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
。For same-day cancellations or reschedules, as workshop materials and venue arrangements are already prepared, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeitures.
。To ensure fairness to other participants, participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered forfeitures.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special circumstances where a parent and child are participating together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop venue. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media platforms. By participating, you grant permission for the use of your image in future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
