Based on this imaginative concept, we have created a collection of various items, envisioning the fabrication of OOPARTS (Out-of-Place Artifacts). For this lined kimono, we took inspiration from Portuguese Azulejo tiles. The tiles arranged in a line along the collar, center back, and sides depict rabbits running through waves. Within the frames, we've captured the moment humans encountered rabbits upon landing on the moon. We've also illustrated wild rabbits and lop-eared rabbits. Why not take a moment to contemplate ancient rabbit lore in this Year of the Rabbit? The material is Toray's Silgerry. This crepe fabric with a textured surface is virtually indistinguishable from silk crepe to the eye. It's machine washable at home, resistant to wrinkles, and requires almost no ironing.
