Purchase Information § Large furniture items have special delivery timelines. Orders will be arranged based on the order of placement. Customer service will proactively contact you within 1-3 business days of receiving your order to confirm details and schedule delivery. Please be attentive to incoming calls to facilitate delivery arrangements. § Due to the specialized nature of large furniture delivery, shipping and stair fees are calculated separately. Please consult our official LINE account before placing an order. § Please confirm that the dimensions meet your requirements before purchasing. Payment upon delivery is not available. § Customized products are not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please be aware of this. Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery or floor fees, which are to be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and $700 for designated date deliveries. These fees are to be paid on-site to the delivery personnel. § In the event of delivery impossibility due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather, terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to determine whether to proceed with the shipment. We appreciate your understanding. § Deliveries are scheduled by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not request last-minute changes. A fee of $1000 will be charged for unapproved changes to the installation date. If personnel have already departed, a $3000 fee will be incurred for a wasted trip, for which we apologize. Precautions § Slight delays may occur due to adverse weather or unpredictable traffic conditions during delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience. § Service fees incurred at the time of purchase (delivery fees, floor fees) represent labor already performed and are one-time consumable expenses that cannot be returned or exchanged. § Please pay service fees incurred at the time of purchase directly to the delivery personnel. § Please measure your intended placement space, as well as stairwells (elevators), and entrance/exit dimensions before purchasing. Ensure sufficient space for on-site maneuvering and placement. We do not offer removal or cleaning services for items not purchased. If the delivery personnel determine that the item cannot be moved or placed, it will be delivered to the ground floor. We also do not offer crane services, for which we apologize. § Upon receiving the product, please inspect it carefully before signing. If there are any issues, please immediately take photos or videos and have the delivery personnel verify and note the condition on the sales slip. Notify us with the retained photos or videos within 1 day for resolution. Damage caused by human use is not eligible for return or exchange. Returns or exchanges require the complete and intact original packaging (including gifts); any damage will be subject to full compensation. § We regret that we do not offer old furniture recycling services.
