■ To ensure safety and hygiene, body temperature will be taken before class. Please wear a mask during the session. If you feel unwell, we recommend resting at home or seeking medical attention.
■ In case of changes in the epidemic situation, class location may be adjusted or the course may be moved online in accordance with government regulations.
If the event is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters) or insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be issued.
If a registered participant cancels for any reason, refund policies are as follows:
(1) 7 or more business days before the event start date: A 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
(2) 4-7 business days before the event start date: A 10% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
(3) 1-3 business days before the event start date: A 20% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
No refunds will be provided for participants who cancel on or after the event start date.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another eligible individual or request to attend a different session. This must be communicated to the organizer at least three days prior to the event, along with the personal details and contact information of the new participant, to facilitate insurance (if applicable) and event notifications. Changes to participants or sessions are limited to one instance. Any cost difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
