If you are unsure of your wrist size, we recommend opting for a standard size of 14-15cm and choosing an adjustable tail clasp. 【Important Information Before Purchase】 ● All jewelry is made to order. After payment, production and shipping will take approximately 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). ● The color, texture, and size of each crystal may vary from the product photos; we do not offer selection of specific crystals for crafting. ● Natural inclusions, black spots, internal fractures, mineral chips, and dents in the crystals are normal occurrences. ● Product photos are taken in natural light, and there may be color variations between the images and the actual item. ● As each piece is handmade, slight differences from the product photos are inevitable. ● Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. ● Before shipping, we will photograph the finished item for your confirmation. If no response is received within this timeframe, we will ship the item automatically the next day. 【Care Instructions】 DORSQUARE jewelry generally uses 14K gold-filled, gold-plated materials, and 925 sterling silver. Over time and with wear, these materials may naturally oxidize or fade. As all pieces are handmade, please handle them with care to prolong their lifespan. 1. Avoid Excessive Force When wearing or removing jewelry, do not pull forcefully to prevent metal wear, deformation, or breakage from repeated bending. When opening the clasp, do not pull forcefully to avoid loosening the connecting rings on either side. 2. Avoid Chemicals and Water Prevent contact with products containing chemical additives such as perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics, as these can cause oxidation. Remove jewelry before swimming or showering. 3. Keep Clean Sweat and oils from the skin can erode jewelry. After each wear, wipe the piece with a dry, soft cloth. 4. Proper Storage When storing your jewelry, place it in the resealable DORSQUARE bag provided.
