How to prepare?| ・We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Avoid eating a heavy meal at least half an hour before the session. ・The studio provides yoga mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks to help you fully immerse yourself in the restorative and relaxing experience of the Gong Bath. ⸨ Meet Your Facilitators ⸩ Yi-Xian Yang| Initially a aromatherapist and an Oneness Blessing facilitator, Yi-Xian encountered the gong in 2015 when Don Conreaux visited Taiwan. Since then, she has participated in numerous international gong master training courses, accumulating over 8 years of experience in gong therapy, serving both individuals and groups.
