1. After placing an order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. If you choose a laser-engraved option and have finalized your engraving text, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared upon order and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 offers standard invoice receipts. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
