For the past few years, the crystals collectively referred to as Super Seven have maintained a consistent and fervent popularity. However, in my eyes, they are simply one among many beautifully intricate specimens of phantom quartz. Therefore, when selecting the raw stone, I was essentially choosing a series of unforgettable landscapes. This piece's main stone is no exception. The red and black inclusions, primarily in plate-like forms, are distributed throughout the exceptionally clear crystal at perfectly chosen locations. The stone itself is double-domed and possesses a considerable thickness, lending depth and variation to the visual scene. As the stone is turned, the plate-like inclusions occasionally shimmer, reminiscent of starlight or fireworks. Initially, the intention was to design a relatively symmetrical and structured frame around this scenic inclusion. However, as I began crafting the frame, I suddenly felt that placing this striking natural scene within a rigid, formal border seemed to diminish its inherent vibrancy. Consequently, the design evolved from the initial concept of a portrait, transforming the lines into flowing strands of hair. Beads, discs, and roses were incorporated as hair ornaments and earrings, while the three roses at the bottom are a lingering echo of the original frame design (which initially featured three roses at both the top and bottom). This allowed the main stone to truly become the protagonist of this classical portrait, thus completing the piece. ❖ Product photos are predominantly taken in natural daylight.
