▶ Important Notes
・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not paid for are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
- Based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Private Tutoring and Continuing Education, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
- Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
- On the day of the class, due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
- To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
- For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Accompanying individuals without tickets are not allowed to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or in special cases where parent-child participation is intended. Please contact the venue in advance for such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes self-serve complimentary black tea or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in these materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
