The rainy Keelung always gives the impression of a dark gray filter. The attributes of the city as a port city have been developed early, but most of the people who come and go are passers-by. Old people in Keelung have heard: "Keelung has no city, and you have enough food. That’s fine.” This refers to non-local people who have come to Keelung to work, and leave after earning money.
