▼ Please ensure your email address is correct upon registration. Await confirmation from the organizers.
▼ Upon approval, a payment notification will be sent to your email. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in cancellation of your registration.
▼ After payment is completed, an event reminder will be sent to your email 3 days prior to the event.
▼ If you do not receive a payment or event notification, please visit the official website and add our LINE account for inquiries.
▼ In case of inability to attend on the event day, please inform us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted.
▼ Please provide truthful personal information during registration. You are responsible for any legal consequences arising from false information.
Safety & Verification
● Upon check-in at the event, ID will be verified. If you do not bring your ID, or if you are found to be not the registered person or not single, your participation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. (Strict real-name verification)
● Prior to the event, proof of employment or work ID will be checked for gentlemen to confirm eligibility. (Strict real-name verification)
● You may use a pseudonym during the event to protect your privacy. (Anonymous participation)
● During registration, you may specify individuals you do not wish to encounter (e.g., colleagues) in the remarks section, and we will assist in avoiding their presence at the same event.
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
Other Important Information
I. Cancellation Policy:
▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
▼ Cancellations are not accepted within 3 days of the event, up to and including the event day, and no refunds will be issued.
▼ If you choose to withdraw from the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be provided.
▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you regarding rescheduling or refunds.
▼ If the event is canceled due to reasons attributable to the organizers, a full refund will be issued.
II. Rescheduling or Changing Activities:
▼ Changes to the date or other activities can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). This change is permitted only once.
▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or activity, the difference will be refunded or additional payment will be required.
▼ Once a date or activity has been changed, cancellations will not be accepted.
▼ Changes to dates or activities are not accepted within 3 days of the event, up to and including the event day.
III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Winners of lotteries will be notified separately. If a three-part invoice is required, please note this in the registration remarks section.
