※To ensure service quality, late arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.
※Please avoid wearing high-neck clothing, remove any earrings, and come with a bare face for the color analysis.
※If you usually wear makeup, makeup remover is available at the studio.
※In case of natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
※As this is a one-on-one service, cancellations on the day of the appointment are non-refundable.
※Rescheduling requests must be made at least three days in advance.
