Minor variations in color and shape will occur with each piece, even within the same design. Please place your order only if you are comfortable with this. ✔️ All items are inspected for damage to the ear hook/clip and thoroughly cleaned and sterilized before shipping, ensuring they are safe to use. 🌿 Leather Accessory Care 1. Avoid storing in humid areas such as bathrooms or restrooms. 2. After wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth and store in a sealed box or bag to maintain dryness. 3. You may lightly apply leather conditioner to the surface to keep the leather moisturized and prevent dryness or cracking. 🌿 Product Repairs While repairs are not possible for issues such as metal breakage (e.g., broken ear hooks or ear clips), fading of the accessory, or missing parts, other accessory problems can be addressed during our market days or via mail. Postage costs will be borne by the buyer. For lost materials or more complex repairs, a small fee for labor and materials may apply. 🌿 Not Considered Defects 1. Color Difference: Computer screen displays may show slight variations; the actual product color is the standard. 2. Bent Ear Hook/Clip: The material is delicate. Our shipping staff will ensure the ear hook/clip is in proper condition before dispatch. Minor bending due to transit is normal and can be adjusted by yourself. Alternatively, adjustments can be made at our market stall on the first day of each month. 3. Natural Leather Grain: Each piece of cowhide will have its unique grain and color due to its original location and the processing method. 4. Size Error: There may be slight discrepancies in size due to manual measurement. An error margin of 0.5 cm is considered within the acceptable range.
