This candle was born from my meeting with Louis-Marie De Castelbajac. Louis-Marie, designer & entrepreneur, has spent the last 15 years collaborating with major brands around the world. In love with the native land of his ancestors, Louis-Marie has a particular attachment to the fiefdom of the Castelbajac family, the Château de Loubersan in the Gers. Epicurean, sensitive to the treasures of Gascony, Louis-Marie launches his Armagnac brand: Ortolan. Ortolan offers a young, seductive Armagnac with floral and fruity aromatic profiles. Obvious bridges between our two worlds gave birth to this candle which pays tribute to the Armagnac Ortolan & the Château de Loubersan. Through this candle, we offer an olfactory stroll in the cellars of the Château passing through the rose garden of the park. An original blend of woody notes, roses, fruits. An addictive delicacy! Our candles are made of vegetable wax and are hand-poured in Montréal du Gers, France. Their wick is made of cotton. The combustion is of excellent quality and the diffusion of the perfume is slow and balanced.
