If there are any discrepancies or new product defects resulting from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with the return or repair (for custom items) process. Please ship the original item back with its original packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to do so within the time limit will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return rights.
