Jäger was founded in 1870 by Ludwig Mehlhorn and Eduard Julius Jäger. In 1960 it was merged to become Vereinigte Kunstporzellanwerke Eisenberg (Eisenberg United Porcelain Factory). In 1973, the German Democratic Republic nationalized the brand.
Old pieces that are not new have signs of use and age. Slight gold removal, scratches, and carbon spots are all normal and non-flaws. Please consider carefully before purchasing!
