You can check the estimated shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop site. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you need the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to see if they can expedite the process. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing will take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
