Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is procured from reliable partners and manufacturers. Plating is done using both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in our studio are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or to confirm if we can expedite production for you. Items processed by the factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services like engraving... Items priced above $2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under $2000 require an additional purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items with boxes will still include them). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items that deviate from the product description in terms of color or specifications (gemstone color and arrangement, size, material, plating or non-plating), as well as custom orders such as engraving or clip-on earring conversions.
