It retains the inherent qualities of the material, minimizing excessive modification or processing, and contains no chemical additives or pollutants, offering a naturally pure and clean essence. • Common characteristics include insect marks, growth lines, brand marks, and scars (or holes). Scars (or holes) are typically avoided in our use. • Natural cowhide exhibits wrinkles and growth lines due to variations in different parts of the hide. These occur naturally as cows grow, through interactions with other cattle, or from insect bites. Scars and insect marks are natural occurrences. • These are unavoidable aspects of vegetable-tanned leather products and contribute to their natural, unadorned character. • We hope you will understand these material properties before purchasing and appreciate the captivating charm of unadorned scars and color variations inherent in vegetable-tanned leather. ♥ Usage & Care Instructions • Crafted from cowhide, the leather's pores absorb the oils and moisture from our hands. Over time and with use, its color will deepen and develop a lustrous sheen. • Use a clean brush to remove dirt and dust from the surface and crevices. Then, apply a leather conditioner evenly for maintenance (avoid conditioning in humid weather).
