‧Rum Swizzle
Ever seen a bartender holding a stick, swirling it as if they were trying to spark a fire? What exactly are they doing?
The Swizzle originated in the colonies of Guyana in the 1800s and has since spread from the Caribbean to bars worldwide. We’ll kick off our first drink by exploring the history of this unique tool. Using Demerara rum as the base, you’ll get to try your hand at the swizzling technique and taste the mysterious, herbaceous notes for a truly authentic Caribbean experience.
‧Three Dots and a Dash
"Three dots and a dash" refers to the Morse code for the letter V, signifying victory. Created by TIKI cocktail legend Don Beach, this drink is surprisingly hard to find in Taiwan, perhaps because it requires ingredients that are difficult to source locally, such as Falernum and Allspice Dram. Don't worry—just show up, and we'll have everything ready. Come join us to mix and enjoy a cocktail so good you'll want to flash a victory sign!
‧Bahama Mama
Can you believe coffee, coconut, and pineapple can actually work together? Yes, they do, in the Bahama Mama! Born in the post-WWII era, this bold TIKI creation incorporates coffee liqueur into its recipe, forming a magical trinity with coconut and pineapple. With Boney M’s classic "Bahama Mama" playing in the background, it’s the perfect finale for our TIKI session.
※Note: The total alcohol intake for this event is relatively high. Participants can sign up in pairs, or if you are attending solo, please drink responsibly.

Notes
1. Eligibility: This event involves the consumption of alcohol; registration is restricted to adults of legal drinking age (18+).
2. Due to limited seating, we cannot accommodate guests who are not participating in the session. Non-participants are welcome to wait at the store adjacent to the classroom, which offers bottled alcoholic beverages and soft drinks.
3. Please arrive on time, as the session begins with an explanation of the curriculum and a demonstration of bartending tools.
4. The fee includes the use of on-site bartending tools, three cocktails, and several base spirits for tasting. We welcome further discussion during the session if you'd like to learn more.
5. Don’t drink and drive. We are located right next to Wanfang Community MRT Station for convenient commuting.
6. We will be making three classic cocktails per session. Please drink responsibly according to your tolerance, or feel free to bring a thermal bottle or container if you would like to take any unfinished drinks with you.
7. The actual course content is subject to change based on the situation on the day of the event. The organizer reserves the right to make final adjustments.
8. Weather Conditions: In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, and if the Central Weather Administration announces a suspension of work or classes, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
**Cancellation Policy**
▼ Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will be refunded after deducting transaction fees. Fees vary depending on the payment method.
▼ Cancellations made 4 to 6 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount.
▼ No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 3 days before or on the day of the event.
▼ No refunds will be provided if the participant terminates their participation during the event due to reasons not attributable to the organizer.
▼ If you need to cancel within 6 days of the event, we recommend transferring your spot. Please be sure to call and inform us of the 'substitute participant's name and contact information'.
▼ In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
**Rescheduling Policy**
▼ You may reschedule your date 4 to 6 days before the event (excluding the event day). Changes are limited to one time only and must be for an event hosted by the same organizer.
▼ Any price difference resulting from a change will be settled accordingly (refunded or charged).
▼ Once an event has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
▼ Rescheduling is not accepted 3 days before or on the day of the event.
▼ If you need to reschedule within 3 days of the event, we recommend transferring your spot. Please be sure to inform us of the substitute participant's name and contact information.
