◆ Our studio operates by appointment only, with limited spots in our small classes. Payment confirmation secures your enrollment and reserves your spot with the instructor. While one accompanying person is permitted for the first session of classes specifically for school-aged children (6-10 years old), accompanying individuals are otherwise not permitted for other courses.
◆ Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 7 days (inclusive) before the course starts.
60% refund for cancellations 3-6 days (inclusive) before the course starts.
30% refund for cancellations 2 days (inclusive) before the course starts.
Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of the course start time.
*Refund amounts are calculated after deducting a 30 NTD processing fee.
Rescheduling or transferring the course to another person is permitted once (an additional instance may be allowed for special circumstances).
Cancellations are not permitted after rescheduling or transferring.
