However, I've always loved its delicate texture and transparency, and wanted to create a writing material from it for a long time. Actually, I've always been curious about the thin paper delivery slips that come with every package from a supplier I frequently work with. They had stamps on them, but with minimal bleeding, and they seemed to write smoothly, which inspired me to consider making a stamp book. Printing and binding thin paper proved to be unexpectedly challenging, leading to a few detours, but the result is beautifully finished. These lightweight, compact memo pads are easy to slip into a bag and don't take up much space.
