Notification Regarding Order Cancellations All products from "Cookie Queen" are "made to order" and "customized items." The Executive Yuan announced the "Guidelines for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution of Distance Contracts" at the end of 2015, which came into effect on January 1, 2016.
