If the power cable is damaged or under any other exceptional circumstances, it should be sent to repair by professional person and absolutely not by oneself. Cleaning atomization chip regularly and change the absorbent cotton will be advantageous to prolong the service life of the product. Please avoid to work without water otherwise it will affect the service life of the machine or damage the machine. This product only uses by the manual purposes. It can add some drops of aroma, after the humidifier has mist. Unusual conditions *If the machine head is accidentally into the water, please follow the below steps: *Turn off the power, pull out power cable. *Unscrew the machine head and draws out the absorbent cotton. *Gently shaking the machine head and discharge the internal water as soon as possible, placed in the safe area and naturally air drying for 24 hours. Causes of breakdown When breakdown occurs, please check the followings: 1.After switch on, if the machine does not work : Whether the power adapter and the machine are connected properly, confirm that the product has been connected with the adapter. Whether the power adapter is matched, confirm the power adapter specification. Confirm whether the container filled with water or the water is properly to expose the absorbent cotton, if the water is shortage, please add an appropriate amount of water into the container. 2.The machine does not spray anomaly: When atomization chip is contaminated, please clean the atomization chip. When absorbent cotton contaminated or aging seriously, please change they absorbent cotton and clean the water hole.
