Today, some jadeite with lesser quality can be made to resemble high-grade jadeite through processes like acid immersion or laser etching to enhance color. Jadeite products in the market are typically identified by letters A, B, and C to denote their quality: - Type A Jadeite: Natural jadeite, unprocessed. - Type B Jadeite: Bleached and resin-infused jadeite, treated with strong acids and resin. - Type C Jadeite: Dyed jadeite, artificially colored. Only Type A jadeite is considered genuine; others are artificially treated. 💖 Care Instructions 💖 - When not worn for extended periods, store in a moisture-proof bag to minimize air exposure. - Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent scratches from friction. Fasten chain necklaces before storing them in a moisture-proof bag to prevent tangling. - Sterling Silver: Polish with a silver polishing cloth. - Gold Filled/Plated Materials: Wipe with a cotton cloth (do not use silver cleaner). - Jadeite & Gemstones: Gently brush the jadeite with a soft toothbrush and clean water. Rinse with clean water and dry with a cotton cloth or allow to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid wearing jewelry in hot springs or contact with seawater. It is recommended to remove jewelry before showering. Avoid contact with chemical products to prevent oxidation and discoloration. - It is advisable to apply sunscreen and perfume before putting on jewelry. - All jewelry is handmade. Please ensure you accept this before purchasing ♥. - Due to manual carving, there may be slight roughness or unevenness in polishing and grinding. Jadeite Charms: Any jadeite piece can be designed as a charm. For example: Bag charms / Phone charms / Car charms / Desk charms / Door charms... etc. For custom orders, please feel free to discuss your ideas with our designer ♡. Once the custom item is complete, we will send photos for your confirmation. After mutual agreement, the item will be shipped. The moisture-proof bags are made of PVC material with double thickness to better isolate air and prevent jewelry oxidation. 💌 After-Sales Service 💌 - For elastic bracelets (made with Japanese silk thread), if you notice small threads emerging, please contact us for a free thread replacement service. - If 14k gold-filled/plated chains discolor due to contact with chemical products, you can send them back for re-stringing (service fee NT$300). - We recommend replacing consumable parts annually, such as elastic threads / clasps / ear hooks / wax cords (service fee NT$50~NT$150).
