Began learning jade carving in Taipei in 1988. Studied advertising design in vocational high school in 1993, integrating design concepts into his work. Established his own studio in 1994. 2000: Awarded an honorable mention in the Craft category at the 14th Nan-Ying Art Exhibition for "Waiting for the Right Moment." Participated in a jade and stone joint exhibition at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. 2001: Invited to create live carvings at the Hualien International Art Festival. 2002: Received an honorable mention at the 10th Taiwan Craft Design Competition, "Dream of Craftsmanship."
