Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not flaws. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and crafting are also considered normal and not defects, provided the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for large scars. Please consider carefully if you are sensitive to these. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-made items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, as time and usage patterns vary, the leather will develop its own personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually becoming a unique piece that reflects its owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Secondly, even within the same brand, color batches can vary due to different production runs or storage times. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Colors will not be consistent between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is **custom-made to order**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no notes are provided, you agree to the designer selecting the "stitching color" and leaving the "embossed text" area blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have a 7-day free look period and do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
