__Why Should I Have This Coffee__
TYPICA is a coffee direct-trade platform and erected by a group of Japanese coffee lovers in Amsterdam. Direct trade is a kind of models for buying agricultural products directly from producers. To embed a better profit on producers, direct trade reduces the agent costs between producers and the final import company. This type of trade may not be unfamiliar, but it's only fulfilled in a ratio of one third. Taking the direct trade as the core idea, TYPICA is attempting to improve the producers' income.
With this beautiful ambition, the producers they work with are offering very competitive coffee. The quality is really as high as the Norwegian trading company, Nordic Approach. Therefore, since last year, we officially became a member of TYPICA and purchased Kenya as the first direct-trade product on ISA COFFEE. After that, we continued the cooperation and found pretty many hidden gems. This time, we chose a coffee from Papua New Guinea.
It's an amazing coffee from the exporter, Alpha Coffee.
Whenever we imported something new, we were really anxious because some clients had less willingness to try an unfamiliar coffee. However, this one from PNG has become our best-seller for over three weeks at the shop.
This coffee has the lowest acidity among our light roasts. With its unique cardamom flavor and a clean tea note, this one definitely suits those who want to try filter coffee for the first time.
__How Could I Brew A Delicious ISA Coffee at Home__
The video illustrates how we make pour-over at the cafe. English subtitle is available!

**Pour-over**
Grind 15g coffee and pour 90℃ fresh water for 240g into it.
**Drip Coffee**
Tear out the fabric bag along the cutting line. Leave it properly on your mug with the paper hand fixed on the rim. Then pour the 90℃ water into the ground coffee for approximately 150 to 180g.
**Aeropress**
Dose 20g ground coffee into the lower part of Aeropress. Fill it with 85℃ water and agitate it gently. Then seal it with the black lid. Switch it and press it on your mug. Press it slowly for 30 seconds.
**Batch Brewer**
Dose 40g ground coffee and fill 700g water. Brew it!
