Shipping will occur within 10 business days, excluding weekends, starting from the day after your order. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeline before ordering. The product is crafted using a wet-forming process, which requires 2-4 days for air drying. Leather may appear to have minor surface imperfections when flat, but these can become more noticeable once shaped into a three-dimensional form. If significant flaws are found, the piece will be discarded and remade. As handmade items are time-consuming and labor-intensive, we appreciate your patience. 💁🏻 Before placing your order, please send a photo of your key for verification. Even within the same car model, keys can vary due to the year or optional specifications chosen by the owner. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to provide a verification photo, and you force your key into the cover causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Its lighter shade is prone to showing dirt and crafting marks, with more visible natural leather grain. Specify Hot Stamping Content in Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English can be spelled out freely, while Chinese uses fixed character fonts. __Numbers cannot be stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Capital letters are 4mm in height, lowercase letters are 3mm. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution across each character with the hot stamping machine, extensive or lengthy text, or text composed entirely of capital letters, may lead to gold foil peeling. This is an unavoidable outcome, so please consider your chosen text carefully if this is a concern. 2. The hot stamping add-on service covers the price for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. This product is made to order. Production time varies depending on the size and quantity of the item. Typically, it will be shipped within 10 business days, excluding weekends. 4. Leather naturally possesses grain patterns and may exhibit marks from the cow's growth period, such as scars or insect bites. Please order only if you find these natural characteristics acceptable. 5. All product photos are actual photographs. However, color variations may occur due to computer monitors and lighting conditions. The actual product color is the final reference. 6. Handmade items may inevitably show slight imperfections from the crafting process and cannot achieve the flawless finish of factory-produced goods.
