Engraved Names * Choose from 8 font options. * By default, Chinese characters will use the "KaiTi" (regular script) font in a horizontal layout. Packaging * In line with our commitment to environmental protection, our studio uses simple paper bags for packaging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 6. Return and Refund Policy * For non-customized orders, returns can be made within 7 days from the day after receipt, provided the item is unused. * Orders with engraved text are considered custom and cannot be returned. * For color choices, if not specified in advance, returns based on "disliking the color combination" will not be accepted after delivery. * Refunds requested "before shipping" will be processed for the full amount. * Refunds requested "after shipping" will be subject to a 60 NTD shipping fee deduction. For orders with free shipping, the refund amount will be the total order value minus 60 NTD. 7. Care Instructions * If the leather gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, do not use a hairdryer, do not store it in a stuffy environment, and avoid humid places like kitchens or bathrooms. * Apply leather conditioning oil every six months. Test on an inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with the leather before applying it to the entire piece. 8. Important Notes * Due to purely handmade cutting and stitching, slight variations in stitching and cut size are normal and not considered defects. * Our studio treats the edges of the pieces with a clear edge sealant to maintain the natural leather color, preventing discoloration over time. * Leather naturally has variations in texture, wrinkles, spots, scars, and markings. Our studio incorporates these characteristics into the design to create unique pieces, so their presence is not a defect. If you wish to avoid these natural markings, please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee complete avoidance. * The back of genuine leather may produce a small amount of minor scuffing, which is a natural phenomenon and not a defect. * Water stains on leather after contact with water are normal; allow them to air dry in a ventilated area. * The color of the leather will deepen over time with use and personal habits. * Actual product colors may vary slightly from photos due to differences in devices, screen resolutions, and lighting conditions.
