Bumblebee painting Bee Original art Yellow painting on canvas

Title: “In the Embrace of Summer” Original acrylic painting on canvas — 60 × 45 cm (23.6 × 17.7 in) Technique: highly textured impasto, palette knife. The artist's signature is on the front and back; the edges are painted. The painting is created with thick, expressive layers of acrylic applied with a palette knife. The pronounced texture gives the petals, the bumblebee’s body and its delicate translucent wings a tactile, almost sculptural quality. The composition brings together two powerful symbols of nature. The sunflower represents sunlight, vitality, happiness, abundance and the joy of life. The bumblebee carries its own beautiful symbolism: it is traditionally associated with hard work, perseverance, determination, productivity. Despite its apparent heaviness, it easily rises into the air and tirelessly moves from flower to flower. The painting works beautifully as a focal point in a living room, dining area, bedroom, home office, creative studio or country house.
