Will they cause allergies? A: Our ear hooks are generally made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the nickel-chromium alloy commonly found in mass-produced items. Due to the absence of nickel in the material and plating, they do not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still get an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it may be due to: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual constitution (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells that easily react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). There are many reasons for ear sensitivity, and the earring material is not the sole factor. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a clearer understanding of the cause and to protect both parties' rights. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings without any customer reports of allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot replicate such intricate designs. All our items are handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper after crafting. This provides basic water resistance for everyday situations (such as humidity, rain, or heavy sweating). However, we recommend removing them during activities like showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays when we are at markets. As we participate in markets and events, and postal services do not operate on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
