Workshop Description
Notes
1. Experience time is approximately 2.5 hours, subject to on-site conditions and number of participants. It is recommended to inquire before placing an order. 築好玩藝 juhau reserves all rights.
2. Target audience: 10 years and above, parent-child participation is welcome. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent.
3. Fees include: Instructor fee, materials, tools, equipment, venue, and 1 serving of tea/snack per person.
4. Please arrive 15 minutes early so the class can start on time!
【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing an order, please check your email for the experience class e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the item, time, and session.
2. Due to limited venue space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are allowed to participate. Those without tickets may not join the experience.
3. For handmade courses, two people cannot share one set of materials when only one person is registered.
4. If materials are incorrectly made or damaged due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase new materials on-site (pay the difference) to continue production. We apologize for any inconvenience.
5. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and then re-purchase the ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
6. Participants must adhere to the activity venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. You will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
7. Please arrive on time for the activity. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (As per regulations, no refunds will be issued on the day).
8. During the experience class, "築好玩藝" juhau will take photos of the activity, and after the event, the recorded photos will be uploaded to the Facebook fan page or IG "築好玩藝" juhau event page. Photos containing your likeness may be used in the future for event records or other promotional purposes. Participants can download their own photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will take note and arrange accordingly.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (such as typhoons leading to work or school closures), 築好玩藝 juhau will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% handling fee will be charged. (If there are genuine inconveniences, it is recommended to contact 築好玩藝 juhau to reschedule, but this is limited to one instance).
3. Cancellations are accepted and full refunds are issued up to four days before the class starts (excluding the day of). Cancellations from three days before the class until the day of the class are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
4. After the customer places an order, please confirm the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for differences will be accepted; no refunds will be provided. For cancellations and refunds, please contact us via private message.
