The best protection for silver jewelry is to wear it daily, as the body's natural oils can give fine silver a warm, gentle luster. 2. After wearing, it is recommended to frequently wipe and maintain the jewelry (with a silver polishing cloth) before storing. It's best to store it sealed and dry to prevent silver from oxidizing in the air and darkening. 3. Avoid spraying perfume directly onto the surface of the jewelry. Remember not to wear it while hot spring bathing or swimming (in pools or the sea). 4. Human sweat contains sulfur and ammonia, and the air can also contain substances like hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen monoxide. These can cause the surface of silver jewelry to oxidize and discolor, losing its luster.
