▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing an order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" field upon ordering.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can issue a uniform invoice receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax number, please provide your company's name and tax number in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
