**【Important Notes】**
◆ Please arrive on time for your reserved slot. As artworks require a certain amount of time to complete, arriving late may affect the quality of the course and the rights of other participants.
◆ If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer at least 7 days prior to the event for arrangements. Rescheduling is allowed once, with a maximum extension of three months. Requests for rescheduling or cancellation within 2 days of the event will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
◆ Photos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to the brand's Facebook and Instagram pages after the event for record-keeping, promotional, and recruitment purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us on-site before the activity begins.
◆ In case of natural disasters or other force majeure events, the designer will proactively contact you to arrange for a postponement or refund.
**【Gentle Reminders】**
(1) Participants must be 12 years of age or older to register for this activity.
(2) Fire will be used during the experience. For safety reasons, please avoid wearing loose clothing and wear closed-toe shoes. If you have long hair, please tie it back. Those with long fingernails should exercise extra caution during operation.
(3) Due to limited space and for safety considerations, unregistered companions are not permitted to observe the class.
(4) Multiple participants cannot create a single piece of artwork together.
(5) As designers must prepare materials and reserve spots in advance, and to ensure the rights of all parties, cancellations made by the consumer for personal reasons more than 7 days before the event (excluding the day of the experience) will incur a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the event. Alternatively, the booking can be transferred to a friend or family member, or converted into a custom order.
**【Experience Course COVID-19 Prevention Measures】**
◆ Both designers and participants are required to wear masks throughout the session. Entry will be denied without a mask.
◆ Body temperature will be checked upon entry. Entry is permitted only if the temperature is below 37.5°C and hands have been sanitized with alcohol.
◆ Enhanced ventilation will be maintained by using air conditioning and opening doors to ensure air circulation within the studio.
◆ Alcohol will be used to disinfect frequently touched areas such as doorknobs and tables before and after activities.
◆ The entire environment will be thoroughly disinfected before and after the experience.
