M3 Coffee CHOCOLATE Blend and BALANCED Blend are our first two coffee beans launched, roasted in Japan and sent directly to Hong Kong. Both flavors are derived from the store manager's communication and preferences with customers, and are then carefully blended and baked by a Japanese bakery. What we like about Japanese coffee roasting is their respect for coffee beans. They repeatedly tried different combinations and tried different roasting levels to the extreme, and finally came up with these two exclusive combinations for us!
We sincerely recommend two blended coffees made from Brazil, Ethiopia and Guatemala. Different blending ratios and roasting levels give the coffee in the cup completely different flavors.
