1. Full payment for the class is required upon booking. Rescheduling can be discussed with the instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise, but cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made less than three days (72 hours) before the class starts are non-refundable.
3. As this class utilizes reserved shared spaces, punctuality is essential. Late arrivals may affect your learning experience, and we cannot offer make-up sessions or extended time if you are unable to complete your work due to personal delays.
4. This is a skill-based experience class, and companions are not permitted to attend, except for those with the parent-child add-on. Please discuss any special circumstances with the instructor.
5. Cream clay can be quite firm. Please assess your ability to apply pressure if you have a hand injury, particularly on your right hand.
6. The class will use two types of cream clay. Cream clay recipes are not provided, but we will offer information on where to purchase some materials, allowing you to continue practicing at home. If you wish to purchase specific formulated clay, please inquire with the instructor.
