1. After placing your order, a "Digital Ticket Notification Email" will be sent.
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and seat availability.
4. As materials are prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
