<Materials & Specifications> －Dimensions: Necklace length 18 inches. Pendant length 4 cm －Materials: Nature seed pearls and gold-filled brass components. <Packaging> －Every Máxima Jewels piece would be placed in a velvet pouch designed by us (randomly picked from the 7 colors) and be packed with a cardboard box. －We also provide the service to prepare a surprise or a written greeting card. Please PM us for more information! <Care Instructions> For gold-filled brass: － Prolonged exposure of the metal to water may lead to oxidation and discoloration. － The color of oxidized metal will be darker, making it look older. － As this product is made with gold-plated brass and pearl, please simply wipe the brass with tissue, cotton pad or cotton swab to make it shine. For pearl: － Pearl is a fragile material that may get scratched on the surface. Therefore, please DO NOT put pearl and other accessories together. － DO NOT use toothpaste and silver cloth to clean pearls, and avoid cleaning pearls with acids. － Use neutral soapy water to clean the pearl (if necessary). <Production & Shipping Details> －We would respond to your Pinkoi messages within 1–2 working day (excluding holidays). －Every product requires 3–5 working days with holidays excluded. Thank you for your patience. －After your product is made, we will ship the product within 2 days. －For customers in Taiwan, shipment will take 5 to 7 days (holidays excluded). －For customers outside of Taiwan, shipment usually takes 10 to 20 days.
