1. Upon purchase, the system will send an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired engraving text in the "Message to Designer" field.
3. Registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm your reservation date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials are prepared after payment is confirmed.
5. ART64 Design Museum can provide a unified receipt. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
