Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly, retaining unique patterns and marks from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect spots, growth lines, veins, etc. These marks are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches are unavoidable. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these will be considered within the normal range. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for significant scars. Please consider carefully if you are concerned. Furthermore, as time passes and with different usage habits, the leather will develop personal scratch marks, darken, and gain a patina, gradually revealing a unique, individualized appearance. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, lending each leather piece its unique and captivating charm. **/ Colors /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to varying stock times or storage durations. Even on the same piece of hide, different areas may absorb color differently. Colors will not be identical between two separate orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No 7-day free look period. No returns or exchanges.) This item is a **"Made-to-Order Custom Product."** Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
