As the items are typically shipped fully assembled, the boxes are usually quite large. We will also thoughtfully wrap them with bubble wrap and other protective materials. (II) For products requiring self-assembly, custom sizing involves machine cutting and threading of pipes. Therefore, threads may be partially visible at the joints of standard pipe fittings, which is normal. (III) Metal components are joined and connected through welding. Weld marks are normal. (IV) Customizing different sizes requires separate quotations based on the situation. For wooden boards, please understand that variations in grain, color, and wood knots are natural and cannot be precisely matched. Pine wood is naturally soft, making it susceptible to minor details and scratches during production or transit, which cannot be entirely avoided. (V) Custom orders generally require time for production. Delivery times may be extended or shortened based on actual circumstances and material availability. If you have an urgent need, please communicate with the designer in advance. However, to ensure quality, we do not accept rush orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. (VI) The buyer must confirm all custom order requirements clearly before payment. Once payment is made and production begins, no modifications can be made unless the buyer is willing to bear the cost of material loss. (VII) Overseas buyers, please contact us regarding shipping costs before purchasing. If the custom item's dimensions are too large, shipping may not be possible. While the wood is treated with protective paint or oil, the finish primarily regulates moisture and offers durability, stain resistance, and water repellency, but it is not waterproof.
