This necklace is crafted by connecting Kingman turquoise, colorful antique Venetian beads, and more.
The vibrant blue beads are Kingman turquoise, known for its excellent color saturation and gentle hue.
Sourced from the Kingman Mine in Arizona, USA, this turquoise evokes the beautiful blue sky after rain.
(Size: 1.1cm height, 1.1cm width, 0.9cm depth)
The silver beads sandwiching the Kingman turquoise are handmade, each individually crafted.
All the beads used for connecting are antique Venetian beads (19th-20th century).
They include turquoise blue and blue chevron beads, striped cane beads, rare colored white hearts, gold-red white hearts, and subdued pink Masai beads.
Each small Karen silver bead on the clasp is individually stamped!
It's mind-boggling to think it's all done by hand...
The charm near the clasp is also Karen silver.
◇ Karen Silver ◇
This silver is made by the mountain tribes living in Thailand and Burma.
Each piece is handmade, and it is said to have very high purity.
The clasp is made of turquoise. (Turquoise size: 1.2cm diameter)
Connected with waxed cord, it may feel slightly stiff at first but will become supple with wear.
This necklace allows you to enjoy the charm of antique beads within a pop aesthetic.
