・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before proceeding with your registration.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders without completed payment are considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory and Continuing Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class start date, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class start date, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original class date. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not possible as materials and venue arrangements will have been completed. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered companions are not allowed to join or participate, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the workshop space. This class includes self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
