Workshop Description

・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has successfully started before registering.
・After placing an order and completing checkout, your purchase details serve as proof of registration. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive directly at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders placed without payment are considered unsuccessful registrations. Once a class is full, enrollment will immediately stop, and unpaid orders will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call us at (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act for Supplementary Education" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Supplementary Schools" announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days before the class starts, 95% of the total actual tuition fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between the 59th and 8th day before the class starts, 90% of the total actual tuition fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between the 7th and 1st day before the class starts, 80% of the total actual tuition fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements have been completed, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, those who are 15 minutes late for the scheduled class time will be considered a no-show.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This event is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany participants or join the session, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity independently, or in special cases where parent-child participation is permitted. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, Xiabanhoushouzuo reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must comply with the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, Xiabanhoushouzuo will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on Xiabanhoushouzuo's social media channels. Participants' images may be used in event records or other promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
