►PACKAGING
- All our orders are sent out with a gift box and are gift ready.
- We will merge all the products into one box for more than one accessories in order minimize packaging.
► SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders will be delivered within 14 working days. (weekends and public holidays excluded).
- Hong Kong orders: It will be delivered by local registered post which takes 1-3 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once the product is delivered.
- International orders: It will be delivered by registered post which takes 5-10 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided once the product is delivered.
► JEWELRY CARE
- Please avoid wearing silver jewelry when taking a shower/bath, swimming, or using a spa or hot spring. Otherwise the silver will turn yellow over time and restoration will not be possible.
- Avoid direct contact with perfumes or cosmetics.
- When not wearing, put the accessories in a plastic zipper bag, and store it in a dry and dark place.
- Please allow for some variation in color as displayed on different devices and screens. Actual colors may vary.
