**COVID-19 Emergency Refund Measures**

・If you notify the cancellation 15 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), you will receive a full refund.
・If the cancellation is notified within 7 to 10 days before the departure date, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
・20% of the paid amount will be refunded if the notice is canceled between 5 and 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date).
・If the notice is canceled 3 to 5 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), 10% of the paid amount will be refunded.
・Cancellation will not be accepted from 3 days to the day before the departure date, and the money will not be refunded, nor will it be extended to future activities.
・It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 10 days before the departure date, the quota can be transferred. But please be sure to write with the name and contact information of the proxy participant.

・If you want to cancel within 10 days (including the day) before departure due to personal factors (such as stomachache, pregnancy, injury, illness, company emergency), if you can't transfer it, and you want to postpone it to another level or activity, you can submit it to the company , After the company discusses within a week, whether the notification can be postponed to other levels or activities, the company has the right to decide whether to agree to the extension, and reserves the right to cancel subsequent postponed activities.
・If you postpone to other activities, you need to make up for the previous activity expenses that the company paid for you first, such as ingredients, deposits, personnel, etc. If the selected other activity fees are lower than the original registration activity fees, the excess fees cannot be refunded.
・The company agrees that the event fee will be postponed to the follow-up event, and those who apply for the extension must make up for the food materials, deposits, and personnel costs lost in the previous event. It varies according to each activity. If you do not make up, it will be deemed as a waiver of your right to postpone.
・The company agrees that after the activity fee is postponed to subsequent activities, no refund method will be applicable, only transfer will be applicable.
・If you postpone the selected activity level and date, if you have to cancel due to temporary weather factors, or you want to postpone due to personal reasons, you will not be able to refund and cannot postpone.
・If the event is canceled or postponed due to insufficient number of people, or the company notifies weather factors in advance, it will be changed to other levels of activities.
