Decide on the quantity (inform the designer of any other requests). 4. After confirmation from the designer, you will be prompted to place your order. 5. We will confirm the draft with you after you've placed your order. Please ensure your Pinkoi notifications are turned on~ If there's no reply within 24 hours, production will commence. *Drafts are for content verification only; no other modifications will be made.* *For any custom product needs, please discuss with the designer before placing your order.* ✿✿✿✿✿✿✿✿ 【Important Notes】 //About Size// For under 100 cards, the standard size is 9.5x14cm (within 0.5cm error). For 100 cards or more, the standard size is 10.5x14.5cm (within 0.5cm error). The actual size used will depend on the material and production schedule, choosing between these two options. If you have a custom size in mind (e.g., business card size), feel free to inform the designer of the dimensions for inquiry~ //About Packaging// We generally do not provide complimentary or proactive individual transparent packaging. If you require individual OPP transparent bags, there will be an additional charge of $0.5 per bag. (Please message the designer to request this.) (We hope everyone can find alternative ways to reduce unnecessary packaging~~) //About Material// For under 100 cards, the default material is high-grammage ivory paper (retains the original texture of the paper, thick, firm, and with high saturation!). For quantities over 80 cards or special sizes, matte film paper will be used (smooth surface, matte finish). If you require higher-grade or thicker paper, please discuss with the designer~ //About Color Difference// Each mobile screen displays brightness and color tones differently. Additionally, during printing, ink absorption by different paper types can cause color variations. Both factors can lead to a 10% difference between the printed color and what you see on the draft, which is normal! Please place your order only if you can accept this. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to color discrepancies. //About Order Duration// 5-10 business days. Specialty materials will add an additional 2 business days. For urgent orders, you can purchase an expedited service to ship within three business days ($200) or five business days ($150) (please inquire with the designer first). //About Returns and Exchanges// Customized content and color products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you wish to cancel after the draft has been sent, a fee of at least 50% will be charged, up to the full product amount.
