Please refer to the actual color of the received product. # Size: Dimensions may vary due to measurement methods; an error of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal. # Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may have minor solder points, such as at the junction of the earring post and the earring, or at necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, each pearl will still be distinct. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is received until the 7th day. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # Item not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoice, such as paper invoice, warranty card, envelope, packaging box, paper bag, kraft carton, earring backs, etc., that were delivered with the product. # Non-standard trial, indicating clear signs of prolonged wear and tear or soiling. # Item has been altered, e.g., engraved or had its size or chain length modified. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Item damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made at the consumer's request are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be covered by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you wish to add or return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
